Director of Youth and Outreach We are seeking a full-time Director of Youth and Outreach who is passionate about reaching and embracing the youth, families and people in our community through hands-on service and discipleship. We are looking for a leader who knows how to recruit people, build teams, and develop and execute strategies to help KRBC reach the community for Christ. The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative leader with strong organizational skills and an effective communicator who can inspire people, delegate responsibilities, and cast a vision. With an outward church focus, this position is fifty percent local outreach and fifty percent Youth ministry oversight, combining the two when possible.
